Honeymoon represents the space of intimacy, an ethereal shell where the emotion of an hug express herself with a soft sign, a comma that evokes a breath, the moment itself and the eternity at the same time. The idea of the shell that give protection, inside of her, hiding a trace of a way, a granule of sand that slowly becomes harder and harder so to become precious material, indissoluble, layer by layer, year by year, it represents the couple’s space, the centre of the world, a nucleus everything is rotating around, like a lonely pearl.
The hotel room is transformed into an alcove, the bed is in the centre, positioned on a podium, an altar of love and senses. The casing is light, surrounding, sinuous. It reminds the shapes of natural marine fossils, shells resting on the sand, just touched by the waves on the shore.
Around only light clouds, soft curtains, subdued light.
Three openings open the alcove to the outside: one on the water, represented by a small area of wellness meant as spa suites, one on the fire, identified in a fire always lit, one on the sky with some openings that allow you to see the course of the hours through movement and the colour of the light, from sunrise to sunset.
This is the luminous and evanescent image of couple’s suite, a pause dedicated to the care of the emotions and the relationship between two persons, in which the outside world is left outside and the intimacy is experienced completely.
